What Does It Mean To Be Truly Well?
Wellness is a state of health that doesn't just involve the absence of illness. Wellness is a holistic term that also includes a person's emotional, social, spiritual, and financial well-being.
An integral part of that overall well-being is understanding and pursuing your destiny or life purpose. You were not created by accident. You are not a mistake!
To be truly well, you must live with a sense of purpose and destiny You can't be truly well without an awareness of your destiny, and you can't effectively pursue your destiny without being well.
Destiny coaching is all about helping you discover and define that destiny that has been within you from the beginning. Once you can articulate your destiny is one or two short sentences, then the destiny coach co-labors with you to begin to "walk it out."
Similarly, a wellness coach doesn't just tell you what to eat and what not to eat. A true wellness coach will partner with you to define what wellness means to you and then guide you in choosing manageable steps in that direction.
The Coaching Pair bring a unique set of skills to the table with a proven track record of coaching people to make lifestyle changes which result in true wellness while simultaneously moving them into their destiny.
